Learn the Rules of the Road with one of our licensed Captain instructors and truly understand both the intent and the application of each rule. This two day class starts with the USCG Handbook covering each rule in detail with practical examples from experienced Captains. This course is the first two days of the Masters or OUPV course and is an excellent way to prepare for a future Captains Course.Seats are limited to 4 students per class. Private classes for groups of individuals, organizations or marinas are available on request. Learn the Rules of the Road at your own pace with our online course. This course encompasses everything from our in-person course with detailed explanations, diagrams, and videos from one of our experienced captains. Upon completion of the course students will receive a Rules of the Road course completion certificate.Course Fee $395
